Personal Accounting

Income and expenses

Every account, one honest total.

Money is rarely in one place. Some is in the bank, some on a card that bills next month, some is cash, and some is owed to you by a friend. Tracking each separately is how people end up surprised. This keeps them in one ledger with one net figure.

Accounts that behave like real ones

Each account keeps its own balance and its own rules:

  • Bank accounts, cash and credit cards side by side
  • Card spending is logged on the day it happens, not when the statement arrives
  • Paying the card is a transfer between accounts, never a second expense
  • Transfers move money without inflating your income or spending

Who owes what

Split dinners, lent money and small business credit all live in the debt tracker, per person. Record what is owed and the balance closes itself as payments come in, so you never have to remember whether that transfer was the repayment or something else.

Recurring money, handled once

Salary, rent, subscriptions and loan instalments repeat. Set them up once with their due dates and they appear on schedule, with a reminder before each one, so the first week of the month is not a series of small shocks.

The month in one screen

At the end of the month you get the numbers that matter: what came in, what went out, the net, the biggest single category and your savings rate. If something moved sharply against last month, it is called out rather than left for you to spot.

Questions

Can I import my old spreadsheet?+

Yes. CSV and Excel files can be imported with column mapping, so your existing history comes across.

Does it sync between my phone and tablet?+

Yes, your records sync between your own devices.

Can I use it for a small business?+

It is built for personal money, but freelancers and small shops use the debt tracker and reports. It is not a substitute for accounting software that files taxes.

What if I forget to log something?+

Add it later with the right date; balances and reports recalculate. A monthly statement import also fills in what you missed.

Put it all in one place

Add your accounts once and let the totals keep themselves.
